Professional Summary
Kyrie joined Kirk Montoute Dawson LLP as a Student-at-Law in August 2024. Kyrie completed her JD at Queen's University Faculty of Law. During her time at law school, Kyrie volunteered with the First-Generation Network, Pro Bono Students Canada, and the Queen's Elder Law Clinic. Dedicated to advocating for marginalized communities, Kyrie also participated in the Kawaskimhon Negotiation Moot, focusing on the space in which Indigenous legal traditions and Western legal traditions must work together.
Kyrie worked as a summer student with the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa, where she explored her passion for supporting children and their families who are working through family law issues.
Prior to attending Queen's Law, Kyrie completed her Bachelor of Arts at St. Mary's University where she majored in English Literature.
